Date: Sunday, November 24 Time: 2:00-2:30 pm Conditions: Cloudy, 45º Length of day: 9 hours, 24 minutes Organisms... Seen: Dead plants, trees, pheasant spooked in the bush Heard: pheasant in bush Felt: Leaves on the ground, prickers Smelled: Fresh air Changes that I noticed from my last visit are that all of the leaves were on the ground and there was hardly any noises except a few planes flying overhead. I did see a pheasant fly out of a bush I was walking by, so that was cool. The river was about the same height as last visit. Some pictures from this visit:

Date: Saturday, November 2 Time: 2:00-2:40 pm Conditions: Sunny, 53º Length of day: 10 hours, 13 minutes Organisms... Seen: Dead plants, trees Heard: Very few cicadas Felt: Leaves on the ground Smelled: Fresh air Changes that I noticed from my last visit are that almost all the leaves are on the ground! There was no critters that I could see or hear, and the river was a little bit higher. Some patterns to the leaves changing colors that I could see throughout these weeks is that it started slowly, but then they changed from green to yellow to brown so quickly.
